MATERIALS
Seat and back shells are produced in CNC laminated plywood inserted with clinched ‘T-Nuts’ for fittings. The seat structure is then covered with a light-weight ‘V’ board skin.
Back inner and outer shells, as well as the seat assembly are covered with CMHR (Combustion Modified High Resilience) flexible Polyurethane foam for comfort and compliance to flammability requirements. The assemblies are then upholstered in fabric which is available in a wide selection of colours, patterns and weaves.
The units are offered with a selection of bases. The swivel base is produced from steel plate with a tubular steel column, the static version uses Polypropylene glides whilst the mobile units utilises Polyamide (Nylon) recessed castors.
