MATERIALS
Seat and back, one piece shells are produced high-pressure moulded, flexible Polyurethane (PU) foam. These are moulded with laminated plywood fitted with welded steel armatures that provide structure, shape and mounting points for the arm surrounds, headrests and various frame styles.
Arm surrounds are produced as inner and outer plywood shells. When upholstered, both are covered with CMHR (Combustion Modified High Resilience) flexible Polyurethane foam for comfort and compliance to flammability requirements. The assemblies are then upholstered in fabric which is available in a wide selection of colours, patterns and weaves.
When offered with a show-wood outer, this has a real wood veneer applied which is finished with a high resilient acrylic lacquer that emphasises the wood grain. These are supplied in a walnut finish but could be offered in a selection a species.
The sled bases are produced in 12.7mm steel rod and utilise Polyamide (Nylon) glides.
