MATERIALS
Seat and back, inner and outer shells are produced in laminated plywood.
These are then covered with moulded CMHR (Combustion Modified High Resilience) flexible Polyurethane foam to provide the organic shapes, comfort and compliance to flammability requirements.
The foamed shells are then upholstered individual in fabric which is available in a wide selection of colours, patterns and weaves. These parts are fastened together.
Structural elements, such as frames are manufactured in a selection of materials. Swivel frames have a steel column with a polished aluminium base.
