MATERIALS
Seat and back boards are produced from laminated plywood that is
CNC routed into shape and inserted with threaded metallic `T-Nuts’
that provide fixing points for the frames.
These boards are covered with CMHR (Combustion Modified High
Resilience) Polyurethane foam for comfort and compliance with
flammability requirements for contract use.
Upholstery fabrics for seat and back panels are available in a wide
selection of patterns, colours & weaves, suitable for contract use in
public areas.
Frames are produced in a selection tubular steel sections with a
minimum wall thickness of 1.5mm. Steel plates and brackets are a
minimum of 3mm thick. All steel components are fully welded into
assemblies for strength. All metalwork is available in a selection of epoxy powder coating finishes. Arms are finished with moulded Polyurethane pads for comfort.
