MATERIALS
The box frames are manufactured from interlocking birch plywood panels. The seat unit is sprung using steel zig zag springs fixed to hardwood rails. The arms and backs use 18mm chipboard seat board.
The box is covered with CMHR (Combustion Modified High Resilience) Polyurethane foam for comfort and compliance with flammability requirements for contract use.
Upholstery fabrics for seat, back and arm panels are available in a wide selection of patterns, colours & weaves, suitable for contract use in public areas.
Each unit is supplied with a steel tube plinth pre drilled to accept a linking system which allows the product to be configured and reconfigured into a wide variety of clusters.
Each modular unit i.e. seat, back or arm will fit through a standard door. The product can then be assembled in to larger clusters on site.
