Celebrating 50 Years of British Manufacturing at Clerkenwell Design Week
Clerkenwell Design Week was a memorable event this year as we proudly celebrated 50 years of British manufacturing — a milestone that reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship, innovation, and design excellence. Welcoming customers, suppliers, designers, and industry professionals into our London showroom, the week was an opportunity to showcase not only our latest collections, but also the heritage and values that continue to shape Gresham today.
Our showroom concept embraced a calm and contemporary aesthetic, featuring a neutral colour palette elevated with vibrant pops of colour throughout the space. This approach created a welcoming and inspiring environment that highlighted the versatility and creativity of our furniture collections.
One of the key highlights of the showroom was the evolution of our popular Rox Curve range, now featuring a new integrated table with built-in power functionality. Designed to support modern collaborative working, the addition seamlessly combines practicality with contemporary design, making it ideal for flexible workspaces and social settings alike.
We also showcased our colour-drenched metalwork finishes alongside coloured MFC tops, demonstrating how bold accents and carefully curated finishes can transform workplace interiors. These combinations brought energy and personality into the showroom while maintaining a sophisticated and cohesive look.
Collaboration played a major role in bringing the showroom to life. We partnered with Athena Rugs to introduce beautifully crafted rugs that softened the space and added warmth and texture throughout. Alongside this, Burmatex supplied the carpet tiles featured within both our student bedroom installation and office environment settings, helping us create realistic and inspiring spaces that reflected the evolving needs of modern interiors.
It was great to connect with so many customers, suppliers, designers, and collaborators throughout the week, and we would like to thank everyone who visited our showroom and contributed to making Clerkenwell Design Week 2026 such a memorable occasion.
